- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their HR needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on HR best practices and company policies.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources.
- Administer payroll and benefits programs to ensure timely and accurate compensation and benefits distribution.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR generalist role, with a focus on talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel locally within the St. Louis region for on-site client visits as required.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
