We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fully remote, international team. This is an entry-level role where you will support the Talent Acquisition Lead and Hiring Managers, primarily focusing on building and maintaining a talent pipeline for our fast-growing company.

What You’ll Do

Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will become an essential part of our global recruitment engine.

Own Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Management
  • Proactive Sourcing:
    Execute creative and targeted sourcing campaigns to identify and engage passive candidates globally, primarily on Linked In and specialized platforms.
  • Job Posting:
    Manage and optimize job postings across various boards.
  • ATS Management:
    Utilize and maintain our Bamboo

    HR ATS pipeline, ensuring all candidate data is clean, up-to-date, and provides strong visibility for the TA Lead and Hiring Managers.
Drive Candidate Experience & Coordination
  • Initial Screening:
    Conduct initial resume reviews and engaging phone/video screens to assess cultural fit and core competencies.
  • Interview Scheduling:
    Coordinate and schedule complex international interviews between candidates and our global hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and timely process.
  • Brand Ambassadorship:
    Serve as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring every interaction is transparent, prompt, and reflects GTM's values and culture.
  • Document and maintain best practices for sourcing, screening, and coordination to help the TA team scale sustainably.
  • Assist with tracking and compiling key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate conversion rates.
Who You Are

You are a motivated self-starter who is passionate about people and thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment. You are highly detail-oriented and ready to learn the fundamentals of strategic talent acquisition.

Must-Have
  • Strong Communication:
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional and engaging phone presence.
  • Organization:
    Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex schedules and pipelines simultaneously.
  • Tech Savvy:
    Comfortable learning and working with recruitment software, specifically a Bamboo

    HR ATS.
  • Curiosity: A genuine curiosity for connecting business goals with people strategy and a drive to learn about various digital/tech roles.
Nice-to-Have
  • 0-2 years of experience in an administrative, HR, or recruitment coordination role.
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques on Linked In Recruiter/Navigator.
  • Experience in a remote-first or international business setting.
