Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for an Employee Relations Manager located in Holly Springs, NC, with flexibility for some remote work. The Employee Relations Manager will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee engagement, labor and employment law, performance management, and day-to-day employee relations issues. The Employee Relations Manager will also provide guidance and support to managers and employees, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications- Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR policies, and performance management
- Thorough understanding of labor and employment laws
- Experience in developing and implementing employee engagement programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
- PHR or SPHR certification is a plus
