Seniornest Homecare is expanding with intention. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who understands that exceptional caregivers are the foundation of exceptional client experiences.

The OpportunityYou will lead caregiver recruitment and play a central role in shaping the workforce that supports our clients and families.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing full-cycle recruitment of Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) and caregivers
Building and maintaining a consistent, high-quality talent pipeline
Conducting professional, values-aligned interviews
Overseeing onboarding to ensure a smooth and elevated candidate experience
Partnering with leadership to forecast staffing needs
Tracking recruiting metrics and maintaining strong organization
Representing Seniornest at hiring events and community outreach efforts
As Seniornest continues to expand, this role has the potential to evolve into a Director of Talent Acquisition position, overseeing recruiting strategy, team development, and workforce planning.

1–3 years recruiting experience (healthcare strongly preferred)
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Hireology, Indeed, etc.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong follow-through
Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
