Position OverviewWe're seeking a proactive Recruitment & HR Coordinator to support our growing team. This contract role combines talent acquisition with operational HR support, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment (Primary Focus)- Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates for open positions across the organization
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and build relationships with potential hires
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment tracking systems
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate status
- Facilitate new hire onboarding processes and documentation
- Coordinate interview schedules across multiple time zones (US and India offices)
- Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Research benefits packages and vendor options
- Reach out to benefits vendors to understand processes and pricing
- Support general HR administrative tasks as needed
Required:
- 2+ years of recruitment or HR coordination experience
- Proven ability to engage candidates and build professional relationships
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with applicant tracking systems and HR software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Located in Washington State (remote work available)
- Experience in professional services, legal, or immigration services
- Familiarity with benefits administration and vendor management
- Experience recruiting for specialized or niche positions
- Understanding of employment law and compliance requirements
