Recruiter, HR ​/ Recruitment Consultant

The Recruiter will handle all aspects of the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and building relationships with candidates throughout the placement process. Candidates must possess an independent work ethic, the ability to develop and nurture strong working relationships and a passion for providing excellent client satisfaction. The ideal candidate: 3-5 + years of high-volume recruiting experience for VMS/MSP accounts in a fast-paced environment.

• Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting pre-screens, facilitating interviews, checking references and gathering candidate and client feedback.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates through market research and on-going relationship management.
• Demonstrate the ability to anticipate client needs and hiring manager preferences by delivering strong submit-to-interview and interview-to-placement ratios.
• Develop a creative and proactive recruitment strategy to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present strong talent for open positions, overcoming objections throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and provide excellent customer satisfaction.
• Update and maintain administrative responsibilities such as applicant tracking system data entry and reporting.
• Ability to drive consistent and disciplined effort to ensure weekly and monthly goals are met.

• 3-5 + years of high-volume recruiting experience for large VMS/MSP accounts.
• Experience placing contractors in a VMS – Vendor Managed Program is required.
• Full desk recruitment experience and business development experience are preferred.
• Prior recruiting experience in IT, Engineering or Finance & Accounting roles is preferred.
• Any knowledge of the Renewable Energy marketplace or prior recruiting experience for a large public utility corporation is preferred (Solar, Battery Storage, Wind, Nuclear).
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent Verbal/Written communication skills and strong negotiating skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Must be computer savvy with strong MS Office experience.
• Experience with ATS preferred.
• Quick learner.
• VMS / MSP experience is required.
• Bachelor Degree preferred.
• Prior Sales experience is preferred.
