Go Carpathian connects marketing agencies in the United States with elite talent from around the world. We primarily recruit professionals from the Carpathian Basin region of Eastern Europe, as well as South Africa and Latin America. Our mission is to provide high-paying jobs and career advancement opportunities for Central and Eastern Europeans, South Africans, and Latin Americans while assisting marketing agencies in hiring top-notch employees.

Go Carpathian is looking for a Recruiter to join our team!

Your primary responsibility involves closing vacancies for our clients. You’ll conduct interviews, source candidates, post job ads, lead client kick-off meetings, and contribute to recruitment-related projects.

• Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to clients
• Proactively build talent pipelines
• Input and manage data in our database
• Daily collaboration with the team
• Deliver comprehensive recruitment reports
• Act as an ambassador for Go Carpathian

• Preferred:
  Bachelor's degree in any social science
• Experience as an in-house or agency recruiter
• Experience with recruiter tools such as Linkedin Recruiter a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive attitude with a knack for execution
• Genuine interest in recruitment and selection processes

• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Ability to partially overlap work with US hours
• Ability to work as an independent contractor
