Recruit Fast Pte Ltd is on the lookout for Recruitment Partners (Freelance Associates). You are required to be CEI-Certified.

Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Recruitment Partners to join our growing community. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing candidates in suitable positions while building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
  • Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to clients.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and staffing (Applicants with experience is a must)
  • CEI Certified is a must.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Familiarity with Singapore's employment laws and regulations is a must.
