Talent Manager
This role reports to and partners closely with the Global HR Business Partner to support the Power Group leadership team. As a HRBP, youare a strategic enabler and executor of your PG/EF HRprioritiespartnering with
ELT(-1) leaders and belowto drivepeoplestrategies.
You will use your knowledge of Renesas’ internal processes,system sand culture to offer insights and solutions that help leaders makeeffectivepeopledecisions.
- Partner with global HRBPs
to understand the strategic priorities of their respective PG/EFs and help execute onthe actionable people and organization plan. - Enable talent and performance outcomes
by executing onglobal talent and organizational strategies around talent management, org design,performance management, talent refresh & optimization, etc. - Build future-ready capability
by partnering with leaders toidentifystrengths, development needs, and shaping leadership and specialist talent pipelines. - Provide insights using people analytics
to influence decision-making to support workforce planning, organizational design, talentforecastingand capability building. - Lead and support change effectively
by helping teams navigate organizational transitions through clear communication, listening, and disciplined change execution. - Collaborate within the HR community
by working across regions and HR functions, role‑modelling TAGIE behaviors, sharing best practices and actively contributing to a cohesive, enterprise‑wide HR agenda.
- 5–10 years of HR experience, ideally in aCountryor
Regional
HRBProle. - Strong analytical and data skills, with the ability to interpretpeopledata,identify trends, andprovidemeaningful insights to leaders.
- Proficiency in Excel, including working with spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables, and data summaries.
- Ability to create clear, effective presentations in PowerPoint to communicate HR recommendations and insights.
- Experience working in a matrixed, global environment; able to collaborate across time zones and cultures.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, comfortable partnering with VP/Sr Director/Director-level stakeholders.
- Ability to manage ambiguity andoperateindependently, driving tasks and initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Solid understanding of core HR processes, such as performance management, talent development, employeerelationsand organizational change.
High levelof discretion and sound judgment, especially when dealing with sensitivepeopletopics.
