Location: Work from Home
Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Contract position (15‑30 hrs/week)
Reports to: Managing Partner
Job Responsibilities- Rapidly and proactively source and screen high-quality candidates for roles ranging from accountants to controllers to strategic CFOs
- Source candidates from a variety of other channels as well, increasing both quantity and quality of applicants:
- Managed and personally execute ongoing passive outreach to targeted prospective candidates
- Manage email campaigns, ongoing talent newsletter, talent focused social media posts
- Develop and nurture relationship with individuals and organizations who can facilitate introductions to world class candidates
- Manage job posts on 3rd party boards
- Continuously improve sourcing process, experimenting with new and refined, data‑driven approaches
- Effectively manage talent screening pipeline and process:
- Manage screening skill assessment tools
- Video call screen candidates
- Coordinate hiring process with management
- Managing hiring pipeline, from end to end
- Manage hiring metrics to enable continuous improvement
- Manage ATS (applicant tracking system)
Skills And Abilities
- Deep experience hiring corporate finance & accounting staff, from accountant to controller to strategic CFO
- Passion for (and track record of) developing a world‑class culture
- Experience successfully leveraging hiring technology/tools to streamline the process and develop candidate experience
- Track record of measurably improving candidate hiring process, including increasing new candidate flow conversion rate and landing new hires on predictable scheduled
- Incredible attention to detail and "built‑in" sense of urgency
- History of serving in human resources role for distributed workforce preferred
5+ years in human resources with hiring focus in a small business setting.
- Bachelor's degree required
