We are seeking a results-driven Healthcare Recruitment Executive to join our growing team and help scale our nationwide network of healthcare professionals.
Role OverviewThe Healthcare Recruitment Executive will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified healthcare professionals across the United States. This role requires strong relationship‑building skills, healthcare industry knowledge, and a passion for matching top talent with high-quality healthcare organizations.
This is a fully remote position, ideal for a self‑motivated recruitment professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Source, attract, and recruit healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Allied Health, Physicians, etc.) nationwide
- Conduct interviews, credential verification, and compliance checks
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
- Partner with healthcare facilities and internal teams to understand staffing needs
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems
- Ensure all placements meet regulatory and compliance standards
- Track recruitment metrics and meet placement targets
- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- 3+ years of healthcare recruiting experience (agency or in‑house)
- Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare staffing regulations and credentialing requirements
- Experience recruiting nurses, allied health professionals, or physicians
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment KPIs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience in travel nursing or contract staffing
- Familiarity with AI‑driven or tech‑enabled recruitment platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Relationship‑building and networking
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail

- Tech‑savvy and comfortable with ATS systems
