What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop a slate of qualified candidates for presentation to the Recruitment Manager
  • Manage the front end of the recruiting process, including sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, and presenting candidates
  • Craft innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for multiple, complex searches
  • Maintain effective communication with the Recruitment Leader regarding recruitment status and updates
  • Nurture relationships with hiring professionals to establish a strong professional network and leverage referrals
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Associate's Degree plus 2-5 years of relevant work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 4-7 years of work experience
  • Experience in a healthcare staffing role
  • Proven ability to build strong business relationships with key partners and decision-makers
  • Experience maintaining confidential and sensitive information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Familiarity with sales strategies
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
