- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Working knowledge of health, welfare, and retirement benefit plans, as well as related laws and regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems (UKG, Workday, ADP, or similar)
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and create reports using Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts
- Experience supporting annual open enrollment and managing RFPs
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive curiosity
- Proven excellence in team collaboration and customer service
