We are looking for a skilled, dynamic, and dependable Associate People Business Partner to join the People Strategy & Development team. Reporting to a Senior Manager, People Business Partner, you’ll operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where execution is as important as collaboration. You’ll partner with front-line leaders and their teams, providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management, while supporting talent programs, strategic people initiatives, and day-to-day operational needs for your client group.
Responsibilities- Serve as a trusted advisor to front-line and mid-level leadership on performance management, employee relations, policy interpretation, and employee engagement.
- Partner with managers to improve engagement, retention, and morale through the execution of custom people initiatives, solutions, and interventions.
- Manage and resolve low-to-moderate complexity employee relations and performance matters; conduct initial fact-finding for investigations and escalate high-risk cases.
- Facilitate core people processes and programs for your client group, including annual compensation reviews, performance cycles, goal setting, and departures.
- Monitor people metrics and stay interview themes to identify trends and proactive solutions before challenges arise.
- Ensure practices are conducted in a way that is equitable and consistent.
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects and initiatives as required.
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a dedicated People Business Partner capacity. Experience supporting a Sales function is a plus.
- Collaborative, team-oriented, approachable, and personable; able to build trusted relationships with employees at all levels.
- Ability to understand the big picture and execute work that supports strategic direction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Action-oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Dependable, with the ability to follow through on commitments.
National total target cash compensation range for this position, including base salary and bonus target, is $67,000–$99,000 annually. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise and region, and may vary. This range does not represent additional compensation benefits (such as equity, 401K or medical, dental, or vision insurance).
