HR Compliance Specialist

• Process deemed export compliance activities, ensuring forms are complete and accurate while resolving discrepancies
• Act as backup for other HR compliance programs, including background checks and global right to work
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to gather data and support export license requests
  
  Develop and maintain internal guidelines, policies, and communications for compliance programs
• Track and manage government contract clearances while maintaining accurate compliance records

• 4–5 years of HR, compliance, or related professional experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external partners to ensure compliance and resolve issues
• Knowledge of data privacy and export control regulations strongly preferred
