Training is not a support function—it is a strategic advantage that powers scalable operations and consistent performance.
The Training & SOP Development Coordinator Internship focuses on documenting operational knowledge, building structured training systems, and aligning every role with measurable outcomes. You’ll capture workflows, convert procedures into learning modules, and develop competency frameworks that reduce ramp‑up time and strengthen performance across the organization.
This internship is open to university students, community college learners, Skill Bridge participants, apprentices, and civilian candidates interested in operations, instructional design, and organizational development.
- Interview department leads to document operational workflows across entertainment, media, HR, NIL, compliance, and platform teams
- Capture repeatable processes and convert them into clear, standardized documentation
- Establish consistent formatting and version‑control practices for SOPs
- Build structured SOP repositories that support cross‑departmental alignment
- Convert SOPs into step‑by‑step training modules and guided learning materials
- Develop competency checklists aligned with role‑specific responsibilities
- Create role‑based onboarding tracks with measurable milestones
- Design structured 30‑60‑90 day learning pathways for interns and full‑time roles
- Translate operational procedures into LMS‑ready formats
- Build assessments, validation checkpoints, and performance‑tracking tools
- Develop internal certification pathways for skill development and role readiness
- Organize digital training libraries for scalable, on‑demand access
- Align internship roles with defined KPIs and measurable outcomes
- Create deliverable frameworks for each department and role type
- Develop performance evaluation templates tied to operational benchmarks
- Ensure training modules directly support organizational objectives and creator‑focused outcomes
- Conduct structured quarterly SOP audits to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Identify outdated workflows and update documentation accordingly
Track efficiency improvements and process refinements over time - Maintain centralized dashboards for review cycles, accountability, and leadership visibility
- Interest in operations management, instructional design, HR systems, or process development
- Strong writing and documentation skills
- Ability to organize complex information into structured, digestible frameworks
- Comfort collaborating across multiple departments and project types
- Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement
- Availability for virtual meetings:
- Mondays @ 9:00 AM MST
- Wednesdays @ 10:00 AM MST
- Fridays @ 8:00 AM MST
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and committed to building scalable systems
- Direct impact on onboarding speed, workforce performance, and operational clarity
- Exposure to cross‑departmental operations, compliance systems, and organizational strategy
- Experience converting operational knowledge into structured learning programs
