Business Analyst – Remote

• Embedded Application support and/or Business Analysis for solutions in use by ORC Customers.
• Provide general troubleshooting and system support, implementation planning, testing, communication, and training for assigned IT solutions in ORC.
• Provide continuous support and analysis for various simple to moderately complex ORC issues.

• Candidate must reside in Washington, Oregon, or California.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years of industry‑related experience with 3 years in Health Care Revenue Cycle or other applicable business experience.
• 2 years of Application Support or Business Analysis experience, with demonstrated problem‑solving skills.

• Prior experience working with Epic.
