Payroll Administrator

• Responsible for all payroll updates and ensuring accurate expense and liability recognition in the General Ledger
• Maintain data within UKG Pro HRMS for proper interfacing of time and labor data related to payroll
• Run internal payroll processes within Ulti Pro on a semi-monthly/bi-weekly basis, including error reporting and pay updates
• Assist with year-end processing of W-2 data and maintain desk procedures for all payroll processes
• Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned

• Minimum of 7 years of payroll experience in a comparable organization
• Proficiency in UKG Pro and Workforce Dimensions preferred
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially in Pivot Tables and Macros
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Detail‑oriented with strong planning and organizational abilities

• FPC or CPP certification preferred
• Experience in a fast‑paced payroll environment
• Strong client service and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
