• Source, screen, and qualify top‑tier engineering talent for full‑time roles.
• Utilize Job Diva ATS for end‑to‑end candidate tracking, job postings, and client communications.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment leads and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Conduct detailed interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and closure.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in Job Diva and comply with documentation requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of engineering candidates for current and future needs.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience through consistent communication and feedback.

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in recruiting for Engineering roles.
• 5+ years of experience with Job Diva ATS.
• Proven track record of successful engineering placements.
• Strong sourcing skills using platforms like Linked In and job boards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Experience working with US/Canada‑based clients.
