What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for primary HRIS modules including HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, and Time Tracking
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to system access, integrations, data loads, and reporting
  • Execute data validation and quality assurance processes for HRIS data
  • Monitor and support integrations between the HRIS and connected systems (payroll, benefits, identity management)
  • Participate in HRIS releases and update testing cycles
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, HR, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HRIS support, business systems analysis, or technical support roles
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with reporting tools and data analysis (Excel, SQL, or similar)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Familiarity with HR business processes (recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits)
  • Knowledge of identity and access management systems
  • Experience with ITSM platforms
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) as they relate to HR systems
