- Engage in a role that bridges IT and HR, ensuring system stability and optimal user experience
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for primary HRIS modules including HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, and Time Tracking
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to system access, integrations, data loads, and reporting
- Execute data validation and quality assurance processes for HRIS data
- Monitor and support integrations between the HRIS and connected systems (payroll, benefits, identity management)
- Participate in HRIS releases and update testing cycles
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, HR, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in HRIS support, business systems analysis, or technical support roles
- Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with reporting tools and data analysis (Excel, SQL, or similar)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with HR business processes (recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits)
- Knowledge of identity and access management systems
- Experience with ITSM platforms
- Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) as they relate to HR systems
