Talent Manager
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of professionals passionate about strategies to source and onboard qualified and diverse candidates to meet our position requirements and strategic human capital needs. The ability to collaborate, demonstrate a customer focus, optimize technology and data, and build the talent acquisition capability within the team and our company are keys to success in this role!

Responsibilities/Expectations:- Leads and develops a team of talent acquisition professionals who are responsible for supporting our internal and external partners through the processes of recruiting
- Develops and implements talent acquisition strategies, policies and practices to meet or exceed the business needs based on compliance, standard methodologies and external benchmarking as measured via audits, scorecards, metrics and analysis
- Ensures we implement meaningful staffing strategies that are in alignment with strategic workforce plans in consultation with HR Business Partners and leaders based on critical talent needs
- Supports a strong employer brand for recruiting, enabling the organization to source, attract, retain and develop robust and diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Builds and maintains collaborative and positive relationships with all partners, to include but not limited to internal business partners (e.g., company leaders, HR business partners, Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion Council, and HR Information Systems), external vendors and candidates
- Identifies and implements standardization and/or optimization opportunities such as new technologies and processes to drive efficiency
Experience:
- Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or relevant professional experience; a minimum six (6) years' human resource or related experience
- Knowledge of and experience with core staffing principles and strategies
- Ability to lead in large, sophisticated organization, developing positive relationships with their team and with all levels of management
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with detail orientation and proven track record to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Power Point

Experience designing and implementing staffing programs and technologies - Preferred: SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
