Talent Manager
Position Overview
Hybrid Work-at-Home (Local). MCI is one of the fastest-growing tech-enabled business services companies in the USA. We deliver Customer Experience (CX), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and Anything-as-a-Service (XaaS) cloud technology solutions across industries. Our contact centers are powered by on-site and remote agents using advanced technologies to enhance customer journeys, drive scalability and reduce costs. We are looking for a Recruiter focused on leadership hiring, supporting leadership or technical hires, with experience in global recruitment.
The role requires working US hours with a proactive, research-driven approach and a full application via our career page.
- Support sourcing and engagement of leadership and niche technical talent across the U.S., South Africa, United Kingdom, and Philippines.
- Assist in recruitment processes from initial sourcing to the offer stage.
- Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Contribute to targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and high-impact roles.
- Help maintain talent pipelines for leadership and technical positions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential candidates.
- Use Boolean searches and creative sourcing methods to uncover passive talent.
- Support a positive candidate experience aligned with company values.
- Keep recruitment data and workflow up to date within the ATS.
- 1–3 years’ recruitment experience, with exposure to leadership or mid-level hiring.
- Experience recruiting across international markets (U.S., UK, South Africa, Philippines).
- Exposure to technology or technical roles.
- Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as Linked In, Indeed, iCIMS, or similar.
- Ability to conduct Boolean searches and creative sourcing techniques.
- Comfortable supporting requisitions independently and collaborating with hiring managers.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive, research-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
- Must submit up to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint; job offers contingent on results.

The job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary, required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee may occasionally need to move around the office, reach in any direction, raise or lower objects, move objects up to forty (40) pounds.
