$7,000 - $9,000 x 12 months + bonus with + 2 days work from home

Charterhouse Singapore are supporting a European MNC within the professional services sector in their search for their new Senior HR Executive based in Raffles Place.

This person will have a matrix reporting structure and should be comfortable with a diverse workforce and have the ability to manage senior stakeholders effectively

Responsibilities
  • Manage end to end inhouse payroll via Timesoft for Singapore and utilize payroll vendors for the other countries in the region for a headcount of around 150 pax
  • Manage the Singapore annual income tax reporting and tax clearance for foreign employees.
  • Expatriate management for temporary accommodation search and their logistics support
  • Manage Administrative processes for Recruitment activities including referencing and all onboarding processes
  • Take the on planning, organizing and execution of training and company events
  • Manage the full employee life cycle: on-boarding, end of probation, employee engagement and exits.
  • Responsible for work pass applications, renewals and cancellations, therefore must have a strong understanding of MOM guidelines and regulations
  • Assist in benefits administration, including leave, group life & medical insurances and other staff welfare.
  • Responsible for the Manpower and MAS surveys and verification of HR reporting.
  • Provide support on record management and update of HRIS systems;
  • Handle HR queries from all staff;
  • Update Employee handbook and policies;
  • Maintain the personnel filing system;
  • Support ad hoc HR projects and office administration duties and other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Attributes
  • Strong background in HR administration with the ability to work independently and think outside the box to find solutions
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR Generalist role in an MNC, preferably from the professional services sector
  • Well versed and up to date knowledge of Employment laws and HR practices in Singapore and Southeast Asian Countries
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage a diverse workforce
