Position: ENTRY LEVEL - REMOTE RECRUITER
Job Description

This is a commission-driven position providing training, expectations, and your commitment. Following our plan, we would have you on goal to earn $ your first full year in the business. An example, our 2024 "Rookie of the Year" earned $ dollars. With our training, tools, and guidance, you are able to earn 30% to 80% of all of your business.

Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates

* The use of our many tools, ability to make calls, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers

* Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s)

Requirements:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Act with integrity, confidentially, and an ethical mindset

* Effective negotiation skills

* Computer savvy, with knowledgeable skills

* Competitive Spirit

* A degree is preferred, but not required
