We are looking for an exceptional Senior GTM Recruiter to join our talent team. You’ll play a critical role in building high-performing teams and shaping Garner’s growth by hiring exceptional talent across departments such as Sales, Account Management, Marketing & more. You will be working cross functionally with Hiring Managers, Interviewers and other leaders throughout the business to bring top talent into our organization as we scale at a rapid pace.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting people to purpose-driven work, and is excited about building alongside a mission-driven team. You will report into the Head of Talent for this role.

Garner is headquartered in NYC, but this position is available for individuals who are comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to HQ.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across diverse business functions
• Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers—building hiring plans, crafting job descriptions, and guiding interview processes.
• Build and manage pipelines of diverse, mission-aligned talent through direct sourcing, referrals, and creative outreach.
• Deliver a top-tier candidate experience from first touch to offer.
• Use data to report on pipeline health, time to fill, and quality of hire metrics—driving improvements through insights.
• Champion equity and inclusion in every stage of the hiring process.

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth tech or healthcare environment.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leadership to drive hiring strategy.
• Proven success sourcing and closing high-quality candidates across a variety of business functions.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback.
