- Conduct job evaluations and maintain job leveling frameworks and compensation guidelines
- Support compliance-related reporting and audit activities, ensuring adherence to compensation regulations
- Analyze survey results and recommend updates to pay structures and compensation practices
- Oversee the accuracy of compensation data within the HRIS and resolve discrepancies
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 6+ years of related experience in compensation analysis or a similar field
- Technical knowledge of competitive compensation practices and legal requirements
- Experience with job evaluation methodologies and understanding of talent strategy
Strong communication skills to explain compensation concepts to diverse audiences
- Workday experience
- Proven ability to collaborate and facilitate discussions with managers and employees at all levels
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions
- Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic environment
