What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide guidance on compensation strategy, job evaluation, promotions, and individual compensation concerns
  • Conduct job evaluations and maintain job leveling frameworks and compensation guidelines
  • Support compliance-related reporting and audit activities, ensuring adherence to compensation regulations
  • Analyze survey results and recommend updates to pay structures and compensation practices
  • Oversee the accuracy of compensation data within the HRIS and resolve discrepancies
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 6+ years of related experience in compensation analysis or a similar field
  • Technical knowledge of competitive compensation practices and legal requirements
  • Experience with job evaluation methodologies and understanding of talent strategy

    Strong communication skills to explain compensation concepts to diverse audiences
