Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or related fields Experience in fully remote work environments and small or early-stage People Operations teams Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent searches Experience creating and implementing people operations strategies and tools Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws and compliance requirements is a plus
