HR Coordinator; Subcontractor South Puget Sound Region

Silver Fern HR Consulting is building a small, trusted network of experienced HR Coordinators for upcoming client needs across the South Puget Sound region. This posting is part of that proactive talent pipeline. One potential opportunity may include supporting a small employer in Thurston County for approximately 10–15 hours/month with a mix of onsite and remote work.

• Onboarding and offboarding coordination
• Employee file and documentation management
• HRIS updates and data accuracy
• Recruiting support (postings, screening, scheduling)
• Compliance tracking (training, certifications, required notices)
• General HR administrative support for small employers

• 1–3+ years in an HR Coordinator or HR Assistant role
• Strong attention to detail and follow‑through
• Professional communication and confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
• Comfortable supporting small organizations with lean HR structures
• Must be able to work onsite in Thurston County, WA as needed

• 1099 subcontractor arrangement
• Flexible, part‑time project work
• Estimated 10–15 hours/month for the Thurston County opportunity
