About the Role

We are seeking a Talent Development Intern to join our team at our LA Headquarters. As a Talent Development Intern, you will be accountable for supporting the design, research, and development of learning resources that enhance employee capability across Aspire Bakeries. Your work will help shape the tools people use to grow their skills, contribute to talent initiatives, and strengthen the learning culture across our bakeries and offices.

  Monday-Thursday onsite;
  Fridays remote
• Program Length: 11 weeks (June 1 - August 14)
• Weekend availability:
  Not required

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $25

Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)

• Research and present development resource options to support talent and learning initiatives
• Design frameworks, processes, and tools that support the chosen development solution
• Assess business needs and readiness; develop actionable implementation plans
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to gather input and ensure alignment
• Pilot the proposed solution and collect feedback required for fullscale rollout

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or Learning/Talent Development (Junior or Senior preferred)
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Demonstrated learning agility and systems thinking mindset
• Experience with instructional design or learning content creation
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation/training skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

• Prior internship or work experience in HR or Learning & Development
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)
• Comfort working with creative tools for designing learning content
• Ability to translate complex ideas into practical and engaging learning resources
• Curiosity, initiative, and passion for talent development

Program Eligibility

• Must work fulltime for the full 11week internship (June 1-August 14)
• Must work onsite at the LA Headquarters Monday-Thursday with remote work on Fridays
• Must successfully pass preemployment background and drug screening
