Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role based in Madison, WI. Some work-from-home flexibility is provided.
The Human Resources Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance enforcement, and implementation of HR policies. Key responsibilities include collaborating with leadership on workforce planning, managing performance and development programs, fostering workplace culture, and ensuring legal compliance in all HR practices.
Qualifications- Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning processes
- Strong employee relations experience, including conflict resolution and fostering positive workplace dynamics
- Thorough understanding of HR policies, compliance, and employment law
- Proficiency in performance management, employee development, and training
- Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and work effectively both onsite and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
