Key Responsibilities

Design and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with company goals and growth.
Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing recruitment team to attract top-tier talent across all departments.
Develop scalable sourcing and candidate engagement methodologies to build strong talent pipelines.
Partner with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and provide strategic workforce planning insights.
Oversee employer branding initiatives and ensure a world-class candidate experience .
Analyze recruitment metrics and report on KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in all hiring practices.

Requirements

Proven experience (7+ years) in talent acquisition leadership roles, preferably in high-growth tech or global companies.
Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-volume and executive hiring strategies .
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient with modern ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and analytics dashboards.
A strong advocate for employer branding and culture-driven hiring.
