Client Delivery Manager
This is an internal, direct hire position at YUPRO Placement. Job is remote but we are limiting hiring in Dallas, TX.
Job SummaryThe Client Delivery Manager (CDM) is a key client-facing role at YUPRO Placement and is responsible for full cycle recruiting and the sustainability and growth of assigned client accounts. This role manages the full recruitment process—from job requisition intake to candidate placement and assignment management—while also proactively expanding opportunities within existing accounts through strong client engagement, needs discovery, and strategic partnerships.

- Serve as the primary owner of assigned client accounts, functioning as both the execution and the strategic point of contact responsible for delivery execution, relationship management, and ensuring a seamless experience for both talent and clients from requisition intake through assignment completion that results in both completed NPS survey and positive NPS feedback from assigned accounts.
- Conduct proactive, consistent outreach to hiring managers, program managers, HR partners, and client stakeholders to identify current and future hiring needs, workforce trends, skill gaps, and opportunities for deeper partnership that result in increased job requisitions.
- Expand Company footprint within assigned accounts by securing new requisitions, increasing contractor headcount, and actively promoting available talent with the result of sustaining current level of both revenue and service, and increasing revenue year over year at assigned accounts.
- Build account plans that outline hiring manager organizational chart, client goals, upcoming demand, and opportunities for organic growth in assigned accounts.
- Lead job order intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for assigned accounts, in addition to other accounts as the business may require. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to ensure submissions meet client standards, and result in maximizing placements.
- For Year Up United accounts, facilitate the transition of Interns into contract roles, ensuring smooth communication and onboarding processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Full Cycle Recruitment:
Oversee the entire life cycle recruitment flow from timely job order intake, recruitment, sourcing, and placement of candidates. - Metrics Adherence:
Consistently meet or exceed recruitment and client delivery metrics. - Collaborative Engagement:
Attend mandatory company meetings, actively participate, and work collaboratively with teams to expand job opportunities and grow client relationships while being a productive member of the team. - Talent Support:
Serve as the primary contact for assigned talent throughout their employment journey, from onboarding to supporting contract assignment questions. Coach talent on work readiness, assignment expectations, and on-going development as needed. - Client Relationship Management:
Schedule and conduct regular check-in meetings with hiring managers to ensure client satisfaction, uncover hiring needs, and present potential hiring solutions. Meet an NPS score of 75 or higher as a result of exceptional industry-leading service levels. - Metrics Attainment: meet role metrics outlined weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually for the role as assigned by the Company.
