Human Resources Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Manager based in Madison, WI, with flexibility for some remote work. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage key HR processes, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. They will develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives, ensure compliance with labor laws, and foster a supportive company culture.

Additionally, the role involves advising on human resources policies, facilitating training programs, and managing records and personnel files.

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes
• Knowledge of employee relations, compliance requirements, and labor law regulations
• Skills in performance management, conflict resolution, and team development
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate employee records
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams and departments
• Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant human resource management tools
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a plus
• Prior experience in a hybrid work environment is preferred
