Responsible for AZ CRN full-cycle recruitment and new-hire onboarding processes. Serves as the primary HR point of contact for candidates and new employees through their first week of employment. Ensures accurate data entry, compliance documentation, and onboarding coordination across departments. Tracks and analyzes onboarding and retention metrics to identify trends and support employee onboarding experience improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Executes full-cycle recruitment activities for AZ CRN, in addition to supporting all candidate communication and interview coordination.
  • Coordinate candidate onboarding processes and communications, including questions and troubleshooting, for new hires through their first week.
  • Enter and maintain candidate and employee data in HR systems and tracking tools, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Process employment documentation, including I-9 verification and required compliance records.
  • Initiate system access and onboarding workflows (e.g., HMIS setup) for new employees.
  • Coordinate cross‑departmental onboarding efforts as the HR liaison, ensuring hiring managers, training, IT, and other teams are aligned.
  • Present policy overview during virtual New Employee Orientation (NEO).
  • Monitor onboarding feedback and survey data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Escalate significant onboarding or employee experience concerns as appropriate.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in field, Required
  • SHRM Certification or equivalent, Preferred
  • Associates Degree in Human Resources or related field, Preferred
Working Conditions

While performing the job duties in the office or at a home office, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands; they must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Exposure to noise typical with office operations.

Ability to hear and speak. Employees must maintain a stable and secure private home internet with a minimum of 50

Mbps download and 5

Mbps upload, and an average jitter less than 20% of latency.
