Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a National Recruitment Manager located in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. The National Recruitment Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, developing recruitment strategies, managing caregivers, and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations.

This is a recruiting role
- Starting Base Salary of $55,000/yr + Uncapped Commissions
- Competitive commission IN ADDITION TO the base salary
- Quarterly Bonuses paid out to top producers, bonuses are cash and can include company stock as well (Stock based on tenure and performance)
