Position: Travel Nurse Recruiter (remote, direct hire / full time) [81120]

We’re seeking Travel Nurse Recruiters from staffing agencies (

, feel free to apply as well*) to support a leading company specializing in healthcare staffing
. This remote position offers an excellent opportunity for experienced travel nurse or allied recruiters to grow within a dynamic organization. Join a team committed to connecting healthcare professionals with vital travel assignments and making a positive impact across the country. If your experience is from the in-house environment, this will not be the right fit.

Type:
Direct hire, Remote

Schedule:
Regular day hours

Pay: $47,500 - $50,000 base. ($50,000 base will come after you hit a benchmark for active talent on assignment)

All in 1st Year:
Average is around $80,000 - $100,000 for base plus commission

Note: due to state restrictions, client cannot hire people from CA, CO, WA, or NY

  • Identify and attract qualified nurses for travel positions through various sourcing channels and referral networks.
  • Promote travel assignments by understanding candidates’ needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to expand the candidate pool and maintain strong relationships.
  • Negotiate compensation packages while managing profit margins.
  • Represent the company at industry events and maintain accurate records of recruiting activities.
Travel Nurse Recruiter

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience directly in Travel Nurse recruitment or Allied recruitment, from the staffing agency side, not in-house
  • Must be financially driven and internally motivated to succeed
  • Proven ability to source, qualify, and build relationships with candidates.
  • Proven experience having 20+ average for TOA / Talent on Assignment, high outbound call volume (300+), and significant candidate submissions per week (8+)
  • Must be a true hunter, not a post-and-wait style
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
    Bachelor’s degree preferred.
