Role: HR Market Researcher InternRole Description
This is a part‑time remote role for an HR Market Researcher HR Market Researcher will be responsible for conducting in‑depth research to provide data‑driven insights that inform our talent acquisition, retention, and employee experience strategies. This role is a hybrid of market analysis and human resources, focusing on understanding labor market trends, competitor HR practices, and employee sentiment. You will be instrumental in helping PROJXON attract, engage, and retain top talent by identifying key market drivers and employee expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in conducting in-depth research on HR market trends, such as workforce demographics, emerging skill demands, remote work practices, and evolving candidate expectations, to support consulting projects.
- Support the analysis of competitor HR practices and employer branding strategies.
- Contribute to surveys and other data collection methods to gather insights on employee sentiment and retention drivers.
- Help prepare reports and presentations that translate research findings into actionable recommendations for the HR team and leadership.
- Collaborate with team members to identify key research questions and develop appropriate methodologies.
- Maintain and organize research data and resources.
Skills and Qualifications
- 0‑2 years of experience or strong interest in research, data analysis, or a related field. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills. Interest in HR practices and the employee lifecycle.
- Proficiency in using research and data analysis tools (e.g., spreadsheets, survey platforms). Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment.
- Practical experience in market research and analysis.
- Exposure to real‑world business challenges and strategies.

- Hours:
10‑30 hours per week (part‑time). - Duration: 90 days, starting from the agreed upon start date.
