We are seeking a Senior Success Factors LMS Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Success Factors Learning Management System solutions. This role partners closely with HR, Learning & Development, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and user‑focused learning platforms that support organizational growth and regulatory requirements.

Job Title: SAP Success Factors LMS Consultant

Location: Remote (prefer consultants from Ohio)

Pay Range: $55‑60/hr on W2 contract

What’s the Job?
  • Lead end‑to‑end Success Factors LMS implementations, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
  • Serve as subject‑matter expert for Success Factors Learning, advising clients on best practices, system capabilities, and roadmap alignment.
  • Configure curricula, learning items, assignments, automated rules, certifications, and assessments.
  • Support and optimize compliance, onboarding, and professional development programs.
  • Design and build custom reports and dashboards; support audit and regulatory reporting needs.
  • Manage LMS integrations with HRIS, SSO, content providers, and third‑party systems.
  • Troubleshoot complex LMS issues and lead root‑cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and mentor junior consultants.
  • Support upgrades, releases, and adoption of new Success Factors features.
What’s Needed?
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience supporting or consulting on Success Factors LMS.
  • Proven experience leading full‑cycle LMS implementations.
  • Strong understanding of learning frameworks, compliance training, and certification management.
  • SAP Success Factors certifications (Learning Module preferred).
  • Experience with Workday HCM and/or Workday Learning.
