Overview

Physician Recruiter opportunity for an energetic and detail-oriented Recruiter to join the HR team. In this role, you will lead and execute recruitment strategies to successfully source and recruit Physicians, Dentist, Optometrist, Advanced Practice Providers, and other clinicians.

This role is a hybrid remote position that strategically leads sourcing efforts to attract and recruit clinician candidates, ensuring positive candidate experience, effective communication, and compliance with organizational policies. The Clinician Recruiter works closely with the Director of Human Resources/Director of Clinician Recruitment and other key leadership to advance the mission of delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • The Clinician Recruiter will strategically lead sourcing efforts to attract and recruit both active and passive candidates, including but not limited to physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and dentists
  • Deliver innovative approaches to enhance brand visibility and engage clinician candidates
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing and interviewing, while facilitating a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain a recruitment system to manage candidate pipelines and provide key hiring metrics
  • Strategically manage job boards and build lasting relationships with universities, residency programs, and community organizations to advance Health Source of Ohios recruitment strategy
Qualifications
  • Exceptional communication skills and a team player
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to personalize interactions, maintaining candidate engagement
  • Comfortable with local and occasional out-of-state travel with some evening/weekend commitments
  • Education:

    High School Diploma required, and a relevant college degree is preferred
  • Certification:
    Physician/Provider Recruitment (CPRP) certification is desired
  • Technical:
    Familiar with clinician recruitment platforms and Microsoft Office
  • Previous clinician recruitment experience is required
