HR Intern

CSC is seeking a self‑motivated, inquisitive, and adventurous college student (rising Junior or Senior) to join our Mobility, Immigration, and Onboarding team within our People and Culture department in our Wilmington, DE office.

This position is an opportunity to learn and assist with global onboarding and other ad hoc projects. Responsibilities include extending offers, creating employment contracts, reviewing background checks, completing mandated right to work checks for new CSC joiners. There will also be an opportunity to partner and learn from other People and Culture teams throughout your time with CSC.

• How to onboard in 36 countries while remaining compliant with all local employment law, specializing in hiring within the Americas.
• Learn full‑life cycle onboarding, including drafting employment contracts, running and reviewing background checks, and completing right to work documentation in a compliant manner.
• How to prepare employment contracts and offer letters and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience
• You’ll have the opportunity to learn from other People and Culture teams as well – just speak up about what interests you, and we’ll make time for you to learn and grow

• Rising Junior or Senior
• Currently attending college with a major relevant to HR
• Enjoys working in a team environment, but able to excel at independent tasks
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
• Self‑motivated and easily adapts to change
• Experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment where you have the latitude to problem‑solve and make quick decisions would be most beneficial in this role
