This is primarily an onsite role with some flexibility for remote work. You’ll oversee onboarding, payroll coordination, employee records, hiring support, compliance, employee engagement, and day‑to‑day HR operations while working closely with leadership to shape employee experience.

Salary starting at $62,000/year

What You’ll Do
  • Manage HR Administration including processing payroll accurately and benefits‑related administration
  • Support employee engagement initiatives that strengthen workplace culture, increase employee satisfaction, and retention
  • Maintain compliance with HR laws, policies, and confidentiality standards
  • Partner with leadership to support employee relations and day‑to‑day HR operations
  • Help improve and maintain HR processes that support an organized, employee‑focused workplace
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, employee records, HR documentation, and HR systems
  • Coordinate hiring activities including screenings, interview scheduling, background checks, and hiring logistics
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR operations role
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience with payroll systems, HR platforms, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, employee‑focused approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to commute between locations as needed
