Key Responsibilities    We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Team Leader to coordinate our Talent Team and help build a team of top performers. You’ll shape the future of legal tech by bringing in exceptional, innovation-driven talent.
Lead & Mentor:
Manage and guide the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring alignment, performance, and continuous development.
Hiring Strategy:
Design and execute effective recruiting strategies for tech and product positions (engineers, data roles, product teams, etc.).
Managing the entire recruiting lifecycle:
From defining hiring needs to crafting strategies and writing compelling job descriptions.
Stakeholder

Collaboration:

Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Leadership teams to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Process Optimization:
Improve recruitment processes, implement KPIs, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
Employer Branding:
Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen our presence in the tech talent market and showcase what makes Lexroom.ai a great place to work.
Data-Driven Decisions:
Utilize recruitment analytics to identify bottlenecks and optimize performance.
Sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent:
Strong focus on technical and product roles.
Qualifications       5+ years of experience   in a talent acquisition role, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
Proven experience in leading a Talent Acquisition team.
Proven track record of full‑cycle international recruiting, with direct experience in hiring for technical and product roles such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers.
Strong sourcing skills, particularly with tools like Linked In Recruiter.
Excellent communication skills in English and Italian.

Experience with employer branding and building a strong company culture.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting metrics.
A commitment to accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
