At LHH Recruitment Solutions, you are part of an evolving organization where our strategic mission is to help you accomplish your goals while you help clients and candidates surpass theirs. The Talent Attraction Specialist will source and recruit candidates to fill temporary, temporary‑to‑hire, and/or direct‑hire finance, office, and other professional positions for a variety of moderately complex, complex, and specialized client accounts. This role requires a sense of urgency, strong interviewing skills, and the ability to match candidates with their dream organizations and careers.

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or three (3) years of professional work experience considered in lieu of a degree.
