Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Director of Labor Relations and Human Resources Policy to lead labor negotiations and ensure effective administration of collective bargaining agreements. This strategic role focuses on fostering constructive union relationships while managing labor relations impacts on business decisions.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in human resources or Labor Relations and over 10 years of labor negotiations experience. This position is primarily on-site with some remote opportunities, and offers a competitive salary range of $170,000 - $200,000, plus bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
