The RoleYou’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle end‑to‑end — partnering with hiring managers, building pipelines, and closing offers in a market that moves at crypto speed. This isn’t coordination work. You’ll drive outcomes, and you’ll be measured on them.
- A real track record of closing. Agency background (strong billings, repeat clients) or in‑house (consistent closures on hard or key roles, backed by metrics) — both work. You can point to specific wins.
- Ownership that doesn’t blink when things get hard. When a search stalls, you don’t escape first — you find another angle.
- Speed with judgment. You prioritize ruthlessly and know which 20% of effort drives 80% of the outcome.
- Sharp requirement‑gathering. You probe until you actually understand the role, the team, and what "great" looks like — not just the JD on paper.
- Modern recruiting fluency
, including AI‑assisted workflows. You experiment with new tools without being told to. - Bilingual English and Mandarin. A strong plus — you’ll work across SG, HK, and Greater China stakeholders.
Experience hiring sales talent — BD, AM, KAM, GTM. Sales searches reward recruiters who can read drive, hunger, and closing instincts in candidates. If you’ve done it well, that’s a signal we read clearly.
