- Provide HR leadership and guidance by working in partnership with business leaders at sites, branches or functions.
- Drive the implementation of strategic HR initiatives in Talent Management, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Change Management and Compensation & Benefits.
- Execute recruiting strategies for mid- to lower-level Professional and Managerial positions, as well as Administrative/Clerical and Maintenance/Warehouse roles.
- Develop and maintain robust recruitment processes to attract and retain talent.
- Implement, interpret and administer employee and labor relations programs, projects, tasks or initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Oversee employment, employee relations, labor relations, compensation administration, performance management, benefits, recognition, training and staffing planning.
- Act as a visible and accessible change agent, fostering communication and engagement activities to equip managers with people-management skills.
- Facilitate and provide training and development, including orientation, to management and the workforce.
- Coach and advise managers and employees to resolve problems and provide day‑to‑day support.
- Maintain and coordinate employee recognition programs.
- Administer existing programs in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze data and recommend corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Provide Employee Relations expertise and shape local ER strategy, ensuring legal compliance and supporting leaders in consultation/negotiation with employee bodies.
- Promote diversity-related initiatives within the assigned area or country.
- Support timely and effective communication and administration of deliverables.
- Utilize internal and external data, generate and analyze reports to support business cases and regulatory requirements.
- Execute additional HR duties such as retention strategies, legal compliance, payroll, communication, orientation and training, and other administrative functions as required.
Travel required as needed; position supports locations in the Central/Western US.
CompensationExpected base pay range: $110,000–$115,000 annually, adjusted for experience, skills, education, certifications and geographic location.
