About This Opportunity We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Human Resources team to lead and innovate our hiring strategies across a multi-site healthcare environment. In this role, you’ll drive full-cycle recruitment, employment branding, and candidate experience initiatives while supporting branch-based Talent Acquisition Specialists. You’ll also be the system owner for our UKG Recruiting Gateway, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvements.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with leaders to assess staffing needs and create recruitment strategies.
- Lead end-to-end hiring for corporate, sales, leadership, and hard-to-fill roles.
- Mentor and support branch-based Talent Acquisition Specialists.
- Own and optimize our ATS (UKG Recruiting Gateway), improving efficiency and reporting.
- Strengthen our employer brand in collaboration with marketing and HR.
- Use data and metrics to measure success, identify trends, and refine strategies.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field (PHR/SPHR a plus).
- 5+ years of progressive full cycle recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare and multi-site settings.
- Proven success recruiting across diverse roles, including sales and niche clinical positions.
- Strong expertise with ATS systems (UKG or similar).
- Skilled collaborator and influencer with senior leaders and field operations.
- Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing (preferred).
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with social media and job boards.
- A strategic thinker and hands-on leader.
