Your Responsibilities- Utilize our exclusive platform and your own network to source promising healthcare candidates
- Reach out to prospective candidates, introduce MLR's opportunities, and assess their interest
- Arrange appointments between candidates and our seasoned recruiters for in-depth evaluations
- Follow up with leads to nurture interest and assist them along their hiring journey
- Ensure meticulous and up-to-date documentation within our applicant tracking system
- Reap commissions based on the meetings you schedule, interviews that occur, and successful hires resulting from your efforts
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

This is a commission-only opportunity with earnings directly tied to your performance, meaning your success is limitless.
