This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.
What Will You Be Doing?- Manages administrative logistics and operations supporting the Stores Recruiting Team, including maintaining the ATS and other recruiting technologies.
- Support New Stores by sourcing the appropriate tools and coordinating their delivery to the correct locations.
- Builds and maintains strong cross‑functional relationships internally with Home Office associates, our Store's Leaders, and Recruiters around the globe, as well as externally with candidates.
- Collaborate with recruiters and vendor partners to ensure technologies are working correctly.
- Coordinate career fair travel, including booking and enrollment, scheduling and preparing necessary paperwork and supplies.
- Processes invoices, and accurately tracks the Store's Recruiting Team's expenses.
- Promote A&F culture and values through high‑quality interactions virtually and in‑person.
- Appropriately handle sensitive issues daily, always maintaining confidentiality for associates and candidates.
- Contribute to team objectives by accomplishing related tasks and ad hoc projects.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is critical.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Planning and organizational skills; capable of multi‑tasking across several projects.
- Previous experience in a transactional data environment.
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
- A collaborative approach to working with cross‑functional partners to achieve the vision of the department and organization.
