Job Description:
To join our dynamic team, we are seeking an experienced and driven individual with a strong background in business or related fields. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals in various roles, including nurses, allied health professionals, and physicians. You will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive top-quality candidates who are not only qualified but also a perfect cultural fit.
- Utilizing innovative sourcing and sales strategies to attract top healthcare talent through various platforms such as our internal ATS, Linked In, Indeed, and other job boards.
- Providing a personalized experience for each candidate based on their qualifications and long-term healthcare career goals.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through to placement and beyond.
- Coordinating the full life cycle process from scheduling interviews to placement on an assignment.
- Ensure all candidates meet the necessary compliance requirements, including licensure, certifications, and background checks.
- Stay updated on trends in the US healthcare industry, including emerging roles, certifications, and demand for healthcare professionals.
- Previous and strong experience in the following US states: VA, KY, SC, OH, NM, IA, NY, NJ, FL, and NE.
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong understanding of the US healthcare sector, including various roles, certifications, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with ATS tools and other recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple job orders simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Competitive salary + bonus structure.
- 8:30 a.m.
- 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday - Lunch period:
Noon to 1 pm (unpaid)
